You can delete your KIIP Korean Learning account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, what may be kept, and how long it takes.
Option 1 — Delete directly inside the app (fastest):

Use Option 1 whenever possible — it is instant and requires no manual verification.
When we process your request, we permanently remove from our systems:
Your detailed learning progress (mastered words, streaks, quiz state) is stored on your own device, not on our servers. To remove it, uninstall the app or clear the app's stored site data on your device. A deletion request handles your server-side account data; your on-device data is under your control.
We may retain a limited amount of information where we are legally required to (for example, records needed for security, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations). Such data is kept only for as long as the law requires and is then deleted.
In-app deletion (Option 1) removes your account data immediately. Email requests (Option 2) are completed within 30 days; when done we send a confirmation to your registered address. Any data retained for legal purposes is deleted as soon as the legal obligation expires.
